The figure shows notification rates of legionellosis increase with age in both males and females, with rates of legionellosis being predominately higher in older males. The highest age and sex specific rates were observed in males and females aged 75-79 years and over at 8.7 per 100,000 population and 8.6 per 100,000 population, respectively.
