• Among those included in the 15 years or under graph, notification rates from 1995 to 2004 were highest among those aged 15-19 years. From then, rates among that age group decreased and rates among those aged 30-64 and 65 years or over were higher. Similar to the other graph, rates for all age groups increased steeply from 2007, peaking first among those aged 15-19 years in 2009 at 96.1 per 100,000. Rates among those aged 20-29 years peaked in 2010 at 71.6 per 100,000. Rates among those aged 30-64 years peaked in 2010 at 135.8 per 100,000. For those aged 65 years or over, rates peaked in 2011 at 124.8 per 100,000.
