Brain Cancer Mission

The Medical Research Future Fund is providing $50 million with co-investment aiming to reach a target of $100 million for a mission that seeks to double survival rates and improve the quality of life of patients with brain cancer over the next 10 years, with the longer term aim of defeating brain cancer.

The Australian Government’s $50 million contribution under the Medical Research Future Fund and the generous donations from the Minderoo Foundation and Cure Brain Cancer Foundation (together totalling an additional $30 million) are providing the initial fuel for the Mission, but there is room for other contributors.
