Description of clinic

A newly constructed 2 storey building integrated with adjoining Gateway Community Health Centre and facing onto the Wodonga main street.

The clinic commenced operations in September 2012.


Multidisciplinary care

The clinic provides multidisciplinary, integrated services through GPs, nurses and allied health professionals. Services include:
  • Psychology Services
  • Physiotherapy
  • Podiatry
  • Audiology
  • Dietician
  • Registered Nurse
  • Midwife care
  • Sexual Health Nurse
  • Mental Health Nurse
  • Refugee Health Nurse
  • Onsite Pathology Top of page

Preventative care

The clinic currently provides a range of preventative care services. These include:
  • The clinic continues to work closely with existing services to develop and support preventative health care and early detection programs.
  • New services will be developed with a special focus on nurse-led clinics based on the identified patient needs. A Hepatitis C clinic will be developed and existing health and drug and alcohol clinics and care models will be enhanced.

Integrated programs & intiatives

A growing range of primary care services are provided through the clinic and in conjunction with partner organisations. General and acute health services are provided by general practitioners, nursing staff and allied health professionals.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Billing arrangements

Bulk billing for medical services is available to those on pensions with health care concession cards and children under the age of 16. Top of page

Home visits and visits to residential aged care facilities

Home visits are available by arrangement with practitioners on an individual case-by-case basis.

Clinical training arrangements

The clinic supports the professional education needs of clinicians located in the wider Albury Wodonga area, accepting clinical placements and supervising the training of entry health professional students.
