New and Amended Items for Bariatric Surgery

Bariatric surgery items have been amended from 1 July 2013 to take into consideration the recommendations of the Medical Services Advisory Committee’s review of bariatric surgery. New and amended items for bariatric surgery can be now found between items 31569 and 31590.
Amendments have also been made to associated items 20791, 30515, 30518 and 30601.
