From 1 November 2023, there will be minor amendments to six items for otolarngology, head and neck services and one item for diagnostic audiology services. The items being amended include 11332, 41603, 41740, 41743, 41870, 41671 and 41693. These changes will better align with the recommendations of the MBS Review Taskforce on Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery items (including diagnostic audiology items) changes that occurred on 1 March 2023.
